I step in to your Ubi showroom on 14 September 2009 with the intend to check out the price of Honda Stream carry by your company.

Your salesperson, Miss Royce Choy, attended to me and answered every of my questions clearly and confidently. She even highlighted differences in specification for the same model carry by Car Times against your competitors. I gained my confident out from Royce's presentation on a highly trustworthy and reliable Car Times. I ended up with greater knowledge on the car that I have intend to purchase and holds my confident in putting my purchase with Car Times.

Without further survey, I return 3 days later to sign the purchase agreement with Car Times and taken delivery of my car on 8 October 2009.

I have made some additional request (i.e. adding car alarm system F.O.C.) with Royce after signing the sales agreement and she satisfied me for most of them.

Royce's professionalism is commendable.

Had wanted to get a x-rd last year but did not. Nevertheless, Andy Li Mao Qing updated me on the road shows they have regularly. This year got a 2009 toyota wish from him. Andy was really meticulous in follow up details right up to even the minute details. Imagine my surprise that he had preset the radio stations for me when i collect my car !

My car, Mazda 323 Protege, had been able to slot in during this peak festive season to get my car well maintained. It was not an easy job to get my “dirty” car cleaned within a short period due to heavy stains & scratches. No other car grooming would like to bring in my car for intense polish within a short period and may also charge a hefty sum. After 3 to 4 hours, I am able to verify that quality work was accomplished in all areas of my car without any discrepancies. My car seems to resurrect from scrap.

She isn't pushy or aggressive, but speaks in a pleasant and convincing manner. When the car was ready for delivery last month, Lay Goon was willing to drive me back together with her colleague (since I wasn't sure of the route to take), all the way from Ubi to Yishun where I live. We just bought our first car, a Toyota Axio from CarTimes, and we would like to share our good experience with Mr. Kelvin Teo, the sales person from CarTimes.

What we like most about his service is that he gave us all the information we need to know about owning a car in Singapore, including the comparison among various types of cars, pro and cons, financing alternative, etc. He tried his best to give us an alternative which fits our needs, budget and our expectations, and also gave us enough time to decide among the various options he offered; which he did very well. I've bought a used car last year (Citroen C5) from Cartimes. Due to my overseas posting, I've sold off my car and has faxed over to my insurance company for a refund for my car insurance. It has been almost 3 months and the cheque has not been sent to me.

I called the insurance company up and they simply referred me back to Cartimes.
I was pretty angry by the service from the insurance company.

I called up Cartimes and was very impressed by your services.

A polite lady picked up my call and immediately checked with the process. Though the line was cut off, my next call to cartimes was immediately handled and the lady picked up and apologise for the delay. The way she explained the problem (and not brushing off or pushing it away) and immediately provide the remedy.

I'm very impressed with Cartimes and will definitely look for Cartimes again for my future car when i'm posted back in Singapore.

I just bought a toyota Rush from Ken wong from ubi branch recently. I was very impressed by his attitude of constantly updating me the progress of the car as i was oversea for a whole month. He never fail to deliver what he promised and always willing to do more than his area of job. his after sales service was good,calling you up to check if any problems or difficulties encountered. My dad recently bought a resale BMW 730IA from CarTimes and I would like to bring to your attention the wonderful experience we had when dealing with one of your staff, Joseph Low. My initial contact is with another sales person (Mr Yong) over at West Coast showroom but as the car was on display over at Ubi, it was Joseph who had attended to me.

I am very please with Joseph service attitude and can feel he is very genuine in making a deal. He is very unlike other car salespersons which I have came across, stereotyped as typical "car salesman". ( They can be located above your Ubi showroom)

I find Joseph to be honest and is not shy to tell me he is actually new in this line. He don't over promised on things which he is not confident in delivering. In short, I feel that CarTimes should continue to have more of these people to uphold the good image of resale car industry especially when car shoppers are getting smarter nowadays! Unlike in the past where car buyers are not aware of the market, and get conned easily by unscrupulous car dealers.

My friends have previous dealing with CarTimes through people like Yong and Sze Min, and have been very pleased by far :-)

I met Mr Clarence Wong at the Car-nival held at Expo last August. He greeted my family with enthusiasm and offered to show us around a couple of cars.
