We just bought our first car, a Toyota Axio from CarTimes, and we would like to share our good experience with Mr. Kelvin Teo, the sales person from CarTimes.

What we like most about his service is that he gave us all the information we need to know about owning a car in Singapore, including the comparison among various types of cars, pro and cons, financing alternative, etc. He tried his best to give us an alternative which fits our needs, budget and our expectations, and also gave us enough time to decide among the various options he offered; which he did very well. He even managed to secure the financing for us with low interest. Thanks for your effort!

I’m a proud owner of a new Honda Stream- a lot of +thanks to your salesperson by the name of Kelvin Teo from West Coast New Car Division. We met Kelvin at a car show in Ngee Ann City. He was very attentive and detailed without being pushy. Since we are quite new in Singapore, he enlightened us on the things we need to consider before jumping to such a big purchase. I just bought a Nissan Dualis from Kelvin Teo from West Coast Car Mart. I
am very please with Kelvin's service. He don't over promised on things
which he thinks he cannot deliver and has never fail to deliver what he
promised. His after sales service was good, and has been constantly follow
up on oustanding matters and update me.

I heard a lot of horror stories on buying cars from PIs, and has been glad
of the positive and professional attitude from Kelvin.

I would like to thank Car Times for a very good and helpful sales consultant "Jay Tan" who is very up on his toes when doing the loan and very helpful inmaking me decide on Subaru Car which I have booked and waiting for the delivery soon by month Feb end.

I've bought a used car last year (Citroen C5) from Cartimes. Due to my overseas posting, I've sold off my car and has faxed over to my insurance company for a refund for my car insurance. It has been almost 3 months and the cheque has not been sent to me.

I called the insurance company up and they simply referred me back to Cartimes.
I was pretty angry by the service from the insurance company.

I called up Cartimes and was very impressed by your services.

A polite lady picked up my call and immediately checked with the process. Though the line was cut off, my next call to cartimes was immediately handled and the lady picked up and apologise for the delay. The way she explained the problem (and not brushing off or pushing it away) and immediately provide the remedy.

I'm very impressed with Cartimes and will definitely look for Cartimes again for my future car when i'm posted back in Singapore.

I just bought a toyota Rush from Ken wong from ubi branch recently. I was very impressed by his attitude of constantly updating me the progress of the car as i was oversea for a whole month. He never fail to deliver what he promised and always willing to do more than his area of job. his after sales service was good,calling you up to check if any problems or difficulties encountered. He is definitely someone i will recommend to if my friend are keen to purchase a car.

It was really wonderful dealing Cartimes, Bryan Sim which was refer by a fren of mine. Nice young chap giving me lots of advise on buying a used car, without his advise i think i will get into huge depriecation on a new car! Since I do not plan to drive for a long term as am a expat. My dad recently bought a resale BMW 730IA from CarTimes and I would like to bring to your attention the wonderful experience we had when dealing with one of your staff, Joseph Low. My initial contact is with another sales person (Mr Yong) over at West Coast showroom but as the car was on display over at Ubi, it was Joseph who had attended to me.

I am very please with Joseph service attitude and can feel he is very genuine in making a deal. He is very unlike other car salespersons which I have came across, stereotyped as typical "car salesman". ( They can be located above your Ubi showroom)

I find Joseph to be honest and is not shy to tell me he is actually new in this line. He don't over promised on things which he is not confident in delivering. In short, I feel that CarTimes should continue to have more of these people to uphold the good image of resale car industry especially when car shoppers are getting smarter nowadays! Unlike in the past where car buyers are not aware of the market, and get conned easily by unscrupulous car dealers.

My friends have previous dealing with CarTimes through people like Yong and Sze Min, and have been very pleased by far :-)

Excellent! Is the only word I can use to describe one of your staff service. I was
planning to go out of town right after my car is delivered, due to some personal problems
I cannot pick the car up at the intended time. However Samuel has taken to great length
to deliver it at my convenience, even its like 11pm.... Thanks for the great service.

THUMBS UP!! to Bryan Sim a great and patience Sales Consultant from Commonwealth Car mall. He drove 4 cars and meet him 7 times to my house doorstep for me to view those cars after office hours. He was very patience and I really can feel the sincerity from him, finally made my choice. Last week when I was away from Singapore, my car únable to start, that was 11pm, my wife call him and he came to help my wife to start the car within a grace time. I guess he was asleep. Sorry Bryan for giving you so much trouble. I guess if I did the same to other sales executive, guess they will either throw temper or chase me off!! I met Mr Clarence Wong at the Car-nival held at Expo last August. He greeted my family with enthusiasm and offered to show us around a couple of cars. Having decided on one, Mr Clarence provided us with cogent details knowing that it is our first time purchasing a car. He made my buying experience a plesant and memorable one. Definitely, Mr Clarence sets a high standard for the company.

GREAT!I had bought a car when in Cartimes Commonwealth Car Mall from Bryan Sim an excellent & honest sales consultant who guide me along with a good value car without hard selling. I feel very comfortable in fact enjoyable buying from him, athought there are some difficulties in the process, believe me!!! I bought during the car during the weekend and collect the car on the next day down to my doorstep with some small token Bryan which I really need it for my daily driving usage.Thanks You Bryan for everything especially the surprise and the token.
